This FREE Rural Transition to Employment program provides individuals struggling to find and keep work in rural regions throughout Alberta with vital job search guidance, support services and placement assistance.  If you are living in the Drayton Valley, Rimbey, Ponoka, Blackfalds, Rocky Mountain House, Hanna, Olds, Trochu, or Three Hills regions and are needing support, find out how we can help through our rural job search training and support services.

Our various job search support programs have allowed between 70-95% of our clients who successfully complete them to secure full-time paid employment.
